“Clean and comfortable”

“They have an additional requirement of $100 deposit upon check in, which was unexpected. The hot tub is closed the elevator is broken and the staff is lazy and closed the pool instead of cleaning or restocking towels. The fire alarm went off most the night and the front desk staff’s response was to just turn up the already very loud lobby music instead of address the faulty smoke detector/fire alarm.”

“Stayed here because it was convenient to where I needed to be in Washington. Room smelled strongly of cleaning product / disinfectant. I wondered if there was some sort of problem in this room prior to my arrival because another guest staying there did not have this problem in their room. The six postage stamp sized pillows on the bed were a joke. There is NO drawer space in these rooms, and on my arrival there were only three hangers in the room.
