Every light was spot lighting a beautiful object in the room. The ligjts would come on magically as you entered and turned off just as effortlessly. The common area on the second floor was a wonderful addition and allowed for an open space to enjoy wine and a snack. ”

“飯店員工實在太親切了，為什麼問題都很熱心地回答你。地點很方便，但是要到火車站需要一段距離；來說房間是乾淨的，咖啡機需要親一下喔，我已經幫洗過了😆沒有空調電風扇有點吵，一個人獨旅不敢開窗透風有點怕。”

“Convenient to shops, food, and activities. We parked in a parking garage close to the hotel, but after checking in, we found that there was another garage that gave discounts to the guests. It was not mentioned before our visit, so it was a hassle. Our Expedia reservation wasn't showing when we arrived, so that was also a hassle. After some time, everything worked out, and we were free to explore the beautiful city. It is a gorgeous, well-cared-for old building with a cool layout and decor.……

“I stayed at this hotel from May 30 to June 1. On the night of May 31, the air conditioner started leaking water. We called the front desk staff for help, and they advised us to turn off the air conditioner and sleep with the window open. We followed their instructions. However, not long after we went to bed, the air conditioner began to make warning beeping sounds. The staff came again and turned off the beeping, telling us that everything should be fine, then left the room. Unfortunately,……

“The reception staffs are very nice. The location is easy to walk to the old town centre around 15mins. The room is very clean and the heater works very well. Well recommended. ”

“健身房過於陽春，早餐很不錯，惟第一天check in完，把行李放在房間內後，出門去薩爾斯堡舊城區漫步，回來後發現三件大行李箱都不見了，經詢問後（一開始櫃檯人員還誤以為是在櫃台寄放行李不見了），經過一番折騰、才發現飯店人員未經同意擅自搬移到一樓，虛驚一場！”

“酒店在步行街，附近有很多商店，與莫扎特館距離相當近，與Hbf車站距離不用7分鐘車程，十分方便。沿路行到主要景點也只需20-30分鐘的步行路徑，可以一路欣賞景色。客戶非常乾淨，服務員非常親切友善，也會主動關心客人的旅程和心情。不過由於我訂的是3人房，房間內只提供2人用品，住宿也是2人房間，加床使空間非常狹窄，十分不方便。早餐食物可以，用膳時十分清靜，非常好。”
