Access code to the building was an issue. Never were informed that the “*” needs to be pushed prior to the code. Otherwise we very much enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was great. Room was always cool even though we were experiencing 90 degree days.

We did the grab and go breakfast, which is very basic. Nice that they have it but nothing to get excited about.. the property and the history of the property is fascinating. I loved being in a building that was existing during the battle of Gettysburg. We were in the Wetly house.

The staff at the Brickhouse Inn were very helpful. I always had a quick response when I sent them a questions they the messaging part of the Expedia app. We stayed in the Texas Room- such a beautiful room, decorated nicely. So fun to stay in a place that was a part of history. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was great and everything was very clean. It is in a great spot in town, very walkable to both ends of the main section of town. We did the grab and go breakfast a few days and had the air down breakfast 1 morning- delicious!! We really enjoyed rocking in the chairs on the porch in the evening and mornings. We hope to be back someday to visit again!!

The property was in a great location to walk the town. Room was large and clean. The bathroom itself and amenities were dated but the house is historic so not unexpected. It was a good choice for a one night stay.

Wonderful location and a super comfortable Queen size bed. Generous sized room with a separate room with a daybed. Great balcony on this second floor room. Very relaxing. Getting in and out of the claw foot tub to shower was a bit of a challenge.

South Carolina - very nice room, well maintained and clean with a 3rd floor view of the Main Street. Note that all rooms require steps to 2nd & 3rd floor. Good location, close to everything. Owners need to review definition of “B&B”. We have never stayed at a B&B before that charged extra for breakfast. We arrived at 5pm, left at 10 am; never met any employee or owner. Strange!

Parking was secure and easy, room was nice but very hot when we got there - it took a long time to cool it down but eventually by bedtime, it did cool down. House is very nice and clean and host Patricia is very friendly and welcoming.
