The Hampton in Hanover is conveniently located near several of the places that make Hanover special, UTZ factory tour, Famous Hot Wieners, downtown square and restaurants. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. Our room was neat and clean.

Great room with one small caveat

Really nice room with one caveat, the bathroom sink faucet was installed at a 45 degree angle to corner of sink and barely cleared into the basin. Practically impossible to wash hands or anything without water pouring all over the counter and onto the floor. Everything else i the room was great, but that faucet was a really poor choice

Great stay and experience

Great staff, computer actually crashed at check in and the front desk person handled it like a true pro. Took us to our room and let us in with a key while they waited for a re-boot so we didn't get stuck waiting in the lobby for a half hour. Everyone we spoke to was excellent and very friendly.

I find this property very well taken care of, so I was surprised at the condition of the hot tub tile and lip. I When sitting in the thot tub, you can really see the peeling and deterioration of the "lip" and the hot tub appears to be dirty. This was also disappointing because it was in this condition last year.
