The room had a musty smell as soon as we walked in. With it being a pet friendly hotel, the carpet in the room was heavily stained. They were doing renovations, which is great, but seeing the dumpster full of trash and matresses was not an appealing first impression.

The room was recently renovated and clean. Convenient to town. The pool was heated and warm and a nice way to relax after a day of exploring the area. The breakfast would of been better if they had some type of egg option.

Nice clean rooms, comfortable beds, good shower pressure! Staff is pleasant and lobby was welcoming! (Only downside is the fitness center is just a small room with 3 machines and weights.) we didn’t use the pool but it looked nice too

Rooms were clean they are remodeling so hopefully they clean the pool area. The walls and corners the base board was peeling off and it looked dirty.

Did not honor reservation properly

When we booked and paid for our room we booked a King sized bed. They called us while on the road and confirmed with us we would in fact be there that night. Then when we arrived it was the wrong room. We hate queen sized beds as I am 6'4". We asked for some form of refund or discount for the issue, and they brushed us off.

The staff was courteous and helpful. The room, however, had a broken security lock; the AC rattled like a bunch of tin cans; and our room had an adjoining door that allowed every sound through-we could hear the people next door snoring, talking, and playing music. Also, outside doors were unlocked all night long. If we had not gotten this room at a discount, I would have been livid.

Staff was amazing, I'd hire them all in a heartbeat. If you don't mind killing a roach or two per night, this is a great affordable option. Keep your bags zipped up so they don’t go home with you and all should be good. We killed on average, one per night. Sleep with the lights on to keep them at bay. My last piece of advise would be to keep the TV on all day and night to provide a warm place for the roaches to stay to keep them away from your bed and luggage. Oh, I forgot, move and fluff your pillows when you first enter. That'll scatter the ones hidden underneath. To our knowledge, they never came back during the stay.

A/c did not work well, pool was dirty, some of the towels had stains, comforter was burned and melted, shower had low pressure, and there was pubic hair left in the tub from previous stay. There is a 100 dollar deposit upon check in and was told we would get it back by noon.

The property is in a convenient location. The service was excellent. Right next to a Dunkin’ Donuts although there was available coffee all day the staff had out lemonade on the hot days, and the people were very friendly.
