Bug in the dresser drawer, woke up to use bathroom n got back in bed n had 2 bugs crawling on me, bed bugs, hair dryer didn’t work and smoke detector was hanging open no battery to work if it did as well as the place reaked of pot smoke n has nonsmoking signs up!!

Numerous problems. Bent closet rod, broken shower handle came off in my hand, grab bar came off wall, shower rod coming down, bug in bed. Never stay in a Red Roof dump!

*DON'T RECOMMEND* the inn is rundown the parking lot is sketchy the room was out dated the bed were like sleeping on springs very uncomfortable the room has roaches, the lobby/checkout process is not good ok I had to ring the bell several times and call main number a few times before even getting ahold of anyone to checkout Bottom line in my opinion save your money

I booked a non-smoking room and apparently it was given to another guest because I was told when I arrived that the only room available was a smoking room. Bed sheets had cigarette burn holes and obviously it smelled like smoke. I endured the night though. Not an enjoyable stay for me.

It does smell like smoke in the hallways but thats about the only complaint. Staff is very friendly and helpful. I cannot say that about some properties I have visited and it is very meaningful when you're road tripping and tired.
