"I stayed at Barceló Residences Dubai Marina in July, and one of the strongest memories I have from the stay is the exceptional team and how comfortable they made me feel. I especially want to recognize Nandar, Monica, Kevin, Theo, Perry, Ahmed, Mohamed, Dennis, and Raj. Every one of them was incredibly helpful and professional, while still bringing genuine warmth and kindness to the experience. Their collective hospitality made a meaningful difference throughout my stay. What I appreciated most was the consistency. Feeling comfortable when traveling is incredibly important to me, and the team created an environment where I felt welcomed and well looked after. Their professionalism never felt impersonal—it was accompanied by genuine care and a willingness to help. My sincere thanks to Nandar, Monica, Kevin, Theo, Perry, Ahmed, Mohamed, Dennis, and Raj for making my July stay such a positive experience. Great hospitality ultimately comes down to people, and this team represented that beautifully. "Raffles The Palm Dubai is beautifully located on the West Crescent of Palm Jumeirah, right next to Atlantis and Atlantis The Royal. The resort itself is stunning, with gorgeous architecture and plenty of great amenities, including both indoor and outdoor pools, a private beach, and even an indoor movie theatre. The hotel’s large indoor pool and extensive spa facilities are also a nice bonus. We stayed in a Palm View room, and it was absolutely beautiful. The room was spacious and elegant, and the balcony with the Palm view was a highlight of the stay. Raffles’ rooms are known for their generous size and private balconies, and ours definitely lived up to expectations. Breakfast was wonderful, with a large selection and plenty of vegetarian options, which we really appreciated. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful, and they were kind enough to accommodate a late checkout since our flight wasn’t until later that night. The only thing that felt slightly lacking was the personal touch you might expect from a hotel at this level. The service was friendly and professional, but it didn't always feel as personalized or memorable as we expected from a Raffles property. Overall, though, we had a great stay. The beautiful location, gorgeous rooms, excellent amenities, wonderful breakfast, and helpful staff made Raffles The Palm a very enjoyable place to stay in Dubai"
