From start to finish it was absolutely amazing — the hotel itself is beautiful, the facilities are fantastic, and everything was exactly what we needed for the perfect holiday. But what really made our time here stand out was the staff — they were so friendly, kind, and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble, and their warmth and care really did make this holiday feel so special. A huge, special thank you to Asiya in particular — she was always there for us, helped us out so much with everything we needed, and her kindness and attention made such a difference to our trip.
