"Our stay overall was alright - however when we arrived at 6pm, they didn't have our room ready yet so we had to wait an extra 45 minutes before we could check-in."

"The room was inadequately serviced with requisites. The request to combine the twin beds was ignored until late evening The shower taps are not earthed properly and transmitted electric shocks during showering - potentially dangerous"
