"We had quite a bad experience staying three nights at the Jungle Villa Resort. At first view, many things work well - e.g. staff are kind, facilities are nice and clean as well as location near the river with jungle on the other side is beautiful.
A large number of bad experiences with management was part of ruining the trip for us; incompetent and untrustworthy, lacking understanding of their guests.
Furthermore, the resort felt like a prison, thus enabling the place to sell mediocre...

"The staff are very polite and accommodating.
My safari adventures were well run and the naturalist (Nabin) was so knowledgeable that I even got to spot a tiger!
Not many people get to see one.
I highly recommend this place.
I stayed in one of the well appointed safari tents overlooking the national park. We could even hear a rhino at night munching away under our tent!

"Property looks very good. Very basic room and it was suffocating as the room had some smell. Maybe it was a very basic room as we saw there were other good rooms too. Ours was a very bad one and was a very bad experience."
