“Our experience was decent. Food was good and the beach was lovely. Staff was very friendly and helpful, albeit management needs improvement as the resort was lacking in amenities that should be offered at a 4+ star level. For a “luxury resort” we expect basic room amenities like body lotion and conditioner, both of which were absent. This is not typical in our past Grecotel experiences.
