The staff were very helpful and accomodating. The village is very peaceful and quiet at night being about 20 minutes walk from the noisy and traffic congested sea front, so coming back after an evening out we appreciated our quiet site. There is a lovely view of Mount Etna when we opened the shutters in the morning. The pool is very inviting and there are plenty of sun loungers.

Dejligt overnatningssted

Et dejligt ophold, med gode muligheder for ture til Taormina, Etna og Catania. Poolen og udendørsområderne er fantastiske, og beliggenheden er god. Værelset er i fin tilstand, men nogle ting kan trænge til en opgradering, fx bruseren. Vi fandt heller ikke sengen behagelig. Køkkenet er fint til små tilberedninger. Ejerne er meget hjælpsomme, og da vores kogeplade ikke virkede fik vi hurtigt nyt værelse.

Una cosa sola mi e piaciuta ka piscina ka ptona sera, dopo nei seguenti giorni l'acqua puzzava pieba d'insetti, pulizia nelle camere nemmeno un giorno non facevano nemmeno il letto e in 4 giorni non hanno cambiato nemmeno le tovaglie in bagno. X non parlare che era pieno di zanzare. Non ci ritornerei nemneno x tutto l'oro del mondo. Una DELUSIONE.

Not really a hotel, it is a small collection of 1 room self catering rooms in what look like barrack huts. How it is called a hotel I don't know. For people on a budget beach holiday it is fine and the grounds and pool well maintained. More disappointed with the Expedia website and how this is rated. Has anybody from Expedia seen it?

Relaxing

After a holyday for a month from Venice to the Amalfi coast it was a welcome change to be able to leisurely swim and relax by the well maintained pool. Finally we got some home made cooking in the small but ok kitchen. You can dine in the room or outside close to the pool and there is a pool bar open until late.

quelques bungalows dans un jardin avec une piscine et très calme. Très proche de Taormina, je recommande cet hotel pour y passer quelques jours de repos loin de l'agitation de Taormina.

Schöne Anlage

Wir waren 5 Tage in Villaggio Artemide und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Da unsere Koffer leider nicht ankamen, haben wir sehr viel Hilfe von den Hotelbesitzern bekommen. Alle sind sehr hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich! Die Anlage liegt sehr ruhig und hat einen schönen Swimmingpool. Jedes Apartment ist ein eigenes Gebäude. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach, jedoch sauber und ausreichend. Es gibt einen großen Supermarkt gleich in der Nähe und der Strand ist ebenfalls nicht weit entfernt. Es ist aber empfehlenswert ein Auto zu haben, um auch in den Bereich zu gelangen, wo mehr Geschäfte und Restaurants sind. Wer es etwas ruhiger und abgelegener möchte ist im Villaggio Artemide sehr gut aufgehoben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Perfekt!

Hotellet låg inte i "centrum" men det tog endast 20 minuter att gå till Giardini Naxos Centro. Det påminner om en camping men otroligt trevligt! Rummet/studion vi hade var bekvämt och fräsht och vi hade utsikt mot Etna med uteplats! Allt kändes toppen. Receptionen var öppen länge och de hjälpte till med allt vi undrade över. Rekommenderar det starkt!

acceuil froid et distant,note très salée pour les prestations et obligé de vider les poubelles et de faire notre lit car ni changement de linge de toilette ni linge de lit.je precise que nous avons séjournés 5 nuits.de plus impossible de rester dehors vu les moustiques en quantité montrueuse du a l'arrosage ecxecif des pelouses.une très grosse deception!

Clean, comfortable, quiet location

We were extremely satisifed at this location. It was off the beaten path by a few blocks but you'd think you were in the country! The staff was very courteous; the rooms clean; the pool and surrounding grounds kept in great condition. Each room comes with a kitchenette complete with pots, pans, dishes, utensils. Room is clean and neat. Each room has it's own patio with outside table, chairs and umbrella. The pool area is neat and clean as is the pool. The reception area has a computer with wi fi for your use or you can bring your own computer. The management was very well trained and spoke English (yay) and very helpful and kind. I would give this hotel 5 stars........

Why don't you CLEAN?

We stayed there for four nights. The place is really nice and the staff was awesome and they gave us very much helpful advice. The only thing was that the hotel room wasn't cleaned not even once during our stay. A cleaning lady changed our towels once but she didn't even take the smelling carbage out. There's no soap or anything to was dishes with. I would recommend it for a short stay.. But for a week without any cleaning? Yak.. It started to smell bad in four days and we didn't have anything to clean the room oursleves. I would expect cleaning services and hygiene products to be self-evident for a three star hotel. Our air conditioner was broken. And the hair dryer too.

Villaggio Artemide - ideale per momenti di relax

Abbiamo passato soltanto una notte al Villaggio Artemide che abbiamo usato come base di passaggio nel nostro "errare". L'impressione è stata comunque ottime: il villaggio è tenuto molto bene e dà subito un'impressione di ordine, armonia e tranquillità. Gli appartamentini sono spaziosi e ben arredati, corredati da una cucina, mini ma fornita di tutto. Il villaggio è molto tranquillo e silenzioso ma è localizzato in un punto strategico da cui è possibile spostarsi velocemente e comodamente verso altre località.
