Beautiful independent holiday home with swimming pool surrounded by greenery on the road that connects Ragusa Ibla and Giarratana. The house is accessed via a private road that crosses a vineyard: the owner is a producer of "cerasuolo di Vittoria" wine. The house consists of a main building and 2 annexes. The main house is surrounded by a covered terrace equipped with sofas and sitting areas on one side, on the other with a built-in kitchen and a barbecue corner; on the back table for outdoor lunches. In the main building there is a large and pleasant living area with fireplace and kitchen. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with balconies and countryside views, and a bathroom with shower. In the 2 annexes there are 1 double bedroom and a bathroom. The house is located in a strategic point to visit eastern Sicily. Ragusa Ibla (the ancient Ragusa), Unesco heritage, is the best example of the Hyblean baroque, with its churches, the Cathedral. Here you may also taste the Sicilian delicacies in typical restaurants and pizzerias. You can take long nature walks inside the "Calaforno" park, a forest ranger reserve. 2 km away there is a dam fed by the river. The sea and the beaches of Marina di Ragusa are 47 km away. Good place to visit the cities of art: Palazzolo Acreide (18 km), Modica (31 km), Comiso (38 km), Scicli (40 km), Noto (44 km) und Pozzallo (51 km).
