“Looking for a base camp around Taormina/Catania? This is perfect for you. Close to highways, easy to park cars. A lot of nice locations within a one hour drive. So, if you are a big group with children, this is the percent setting. It is basically two connected appartements, 2 floors each, and a terrace. The view from the top is also spectacular. The listing is very accurate. Giuseppe is a great host, super easy to communicate with WhatsApp, always there to make sure you are ok. The only……

Ci siamo trovati benissimo.”

“Beautiful apartment, just as shown in the pictures we had a wonderful time! The place is full of European charm, and we especially loved the outdoor patio. The host was incredibly welcoming, had a crib and high chair for my daughter, let us check in early, was always available to answer questions, and even drove us to the train station. The location is central, just a 10-15 minute walk to everything we needed. Thank you for an amazing experience.”

Speaking of breakfast, the offerings were extensive and included some preserves made by the kitchen. The plantings were lovely. There were some interesting antique furnishings and decorations, including a massive wine press (or maybe olive press?) in the breakfast room. Some of the room……

“We stayed here as a base to discover Sicily by car. It has plenty of parking, generous breakfast, nice pool. Perfect for active vacation or pool hangouts. The property has also a nice view of Etna.”
