"A gorgeous apartment. Very clean. Everything was new and modern. The washer/dryer was very useful (and quiet). The beds were extremely comfortable. Close to everything. Lovely pool area. We loved it."

"This was the hotel that we really wanted to stay at in the area, and we're glad that we did. Nice view over the water, fantastic staff and the room was kept clean during our stay. However, there were a few small issues with the room that proper maintenance could have kept on top of - the recently repainted door meant that you had to give quite a shove to get into the room, but htat eased over a couple of days! A working safe would have been nice, and the shower provided more water than the drain could cope with (maintenance did come to fix that, and it was previously completely clean, so there was no real sign that there would have been an issue. The response to the issues in the room was faultless, and the small problems were dealt with quickly. They didn't detract from the stay, but were a shame. When back in the area, we would certainly stay here again, to be clear!"

"The hotel looks like a 5 star and the cleaning staff much work so hard as it was so clean and room was cleaned every day to an expectional level. But I would not call this a 5 star, the staff were not at the level expected from a 5 star, we nearly got overcharged for our bill and they told us breakfast wasn’t included even though Expedia said it was. It’s so expensive! The pool was freezing!! It needed to be heated and it said it opened at 10am but 10:30 we had to go and get staff to open it- which is not the customer service you need. Room service we ordered once and the menu did not match what they were saying. And there was noise above our room that woke us up during the Night (other guests complained of the same). But it was in a really good location."

"Great location for everything we wanted to do, 4 mins in a taxi from/to airport, walking distance (10-15 mins) to Ocean Beach Marina and 2 mins from Eastern Beach, 5-10 mins walk to Catalan Bay and Sandy Bay. The property pictures do not flatter to deceive, it was as good as it looked in the pictures. It was on a very busy road - to be aware if with Children etc. Walter the host was very good. Overall I’d love to stay there again and would highly recommend."

"All the staff were extremely helpful. The reception staff went out of their way to assist us when our luggage had gone missing at the airport. Everywhere was very clean, the lady who cleaned our room was friendly and always did an excellant job. The breakfast was good quality with a wide variety of choice to suit everyone. Excellant experience"

"Because my confirmation said check in starts at 3PM I thought there was a front desk at the hotel. The doors were locked and there was no front desk! It turns out these are individual units owned by individuals and they are not there to greet you. I was shocked that I wasn’t aware of that."
