“All are good including the beautiful sea view, delicious breakfast and food in restaurants. ONLY one thing, water leaking from the shower area to the toilet floor, even after repair work, still could not fit it.”

“I booked the twin beds room for myself and my mother. However, when we arrived at hotel. the room given to us is a single room. After negotiation, they moved a folder bed to the room. Also, the breakfast only includes : 4 breads and 1 juice. You need to pay extra money even for a bottle of water. ”

“AC worked great. Quiet room, great for catching up on sleep from jet lag.”

Customer service needs significant improvement, with staff making guests feel more welcome and prioritising their needs. The facilities are extremely poor, with very little to do to keep guests entertained. There is a lot of unused space that could be put to better use, and the surrounding construction work makes the views particularly disappointing.……

“Great resort with expansive lagoon pool and direct access to Red Sea. Many food options and direct access to next doors waterslides was a hit with the kids! Staff were awesome and ensured we were well looked after. Highly recommend.”

“Nice, bright clean room”

“We had a triple person room so it was the end of the corridor, it was not that noisy. Beds are comfort. Wifi sometimes not work. We also booked a tour at hotel overall is good.”
