“The day of late arrived in Hurghada and late check-in the hotel, but the recepetion cannot find out the booking reference number from Hotels.com, and my mom and me were exhausted at lobby for around 1 hours waiting. After the long time of waiting, reception still cannnot track my booking data, but finally accepted me to live. However, I cannot believe the room do not equipped hot water shower , my mom travelled for 24 hours from the long distanced of Taiwan, and the frist nightof stay cannot……

“The resort is huge, quite, big swimming pool, clean room and all inclusive. The staff are great from the reception met Mr Abdallah who addressed our needs. Amr supervise second floor room cleaning and supply who is also great. Has 4 restaurants a la carte. The best one is Vida Latino has Sea food, very delicious and provide you with shawarma cut fresh at your table under the service of Abonob who is a pro in service. The beach shuttle every one hour takes 10 minutes, large area to swim white……

“Das Zimmer wurde täglich gereinigt. Schöne Handtuch Figuren auf dem Bett. Minibar war inclusive im Preis inbegriffen. Wurde aber leider nicht nachgefüllt, ausser Wasserflaschen. Service Freundlichkeit in der ganzen Anlage, Kelner war sehr gut. Mit kleinem Trinkgeld noch besser. ”

“Large room with balcony and lovely views over the 18th green towards the mountains. Staff are very attentive and the room is always clean. Nothing is too much trouble and they regularly bring fresh water, small gifts and refreshments. ”

“The room was nice clean and spacious, you can see the luxury as soon as you enter, the staff were very helpful and friendly, pools were big but I complaint is that the biggest one wasn’t heated, beach was right next to the hotel making it a plus but overall I’ve really enjoyed the experience ”

“Siamo stati accolti sin dall’inizio con tanta disponibilità e cordialità… tutto il personale si è sempre dimostrato sorridente e affabile… la cucina davvero ottima e soprattutto la colazione superlativa … hai l’imbarazzo della scelta… mi mancheranno i pancakes espressi e le spremute fatte al momento.. abbiamo passato 3 gg di totale relax senza alcun problema.. il responsabile del ristorante ha accolto ogni nostra richiesta con tanto amore… è davvero bello vedere come tutto lo staff di faccia in……

“去的時候剛好是齋戒月，櫃檯人員的臉很臭，態度也沒多好。到達時大概下午四點多房間都還沒整理好，光等入住手續就等了半小時。終於可以入住後換了一位貌似滿臉笑容的櫃檯的人帶我們到房間。介紹了一輪房間設備後，一直不願離去，原來是想要小費。說實在的，光是辦理入住等了那麼久一句道歉都沒有還要看櫃檯臭臉，實在很不想給小費。但他一直等也是很尷尬，給了還嫌少？真的是沒跟你要賠償就不錯了。 浴室裡的淋浴只有花灑沒有蓮蓬頭，水量又小有點難洗。水漬也沒有處理的很好。去沙灘的毛巾就是一人一條，要多的還不太行說飯店規定如此下不為例。沒看過哪家度假村是這樣的，但只要給出足夠的笑容還是有願意給你多一條毛巾的服務人員。 雖然這樣，但度假村整體來說是還不錯，可能因為是全新的所以都保持的還行。餐廳只吃了自助餐，因為要預訂的餐廳根本預約不到或是看起來就沒很好吃。但自助餐每天每餐都會也有變化，不太容易吃膩，選擇也很多味道也不錯，跳過牛肉就好。 雖然一開始入住的時候被櫃檯人員氣到，渡假的好心情全失。還好景色跟環境優美讓我很快就平復了。 ”
