“I booked this as a last minute getaway trip to Seattle. I wanted to be outside of the downtown area for a different vibe and my stay here did not disappoint. Loved the location in the historic Columbia City area and within walking distance of the Light Rail for easy access. Plenty of great restaurants in the area and I loved walking to Seward Park.
The room was clean and had many amenities available making it a very comfortable stay. Communication with the host was great.
Would stay again.

“It was a truly terrible stay. The room was small and cramped, the air conditioning was uncontrolled, and the heat was too intense for a good night's sleep. There were so many homeless people nearby that I didn't dare go out for a walk. Even worse, they required check-out at 10:00 AM. I left a message saying my friend would pick me up at 11:00 AM and that the cleaners could come after 10:00 AM. I meant I could wait in the living room without interrupting the cleaning process. “The property was very nice and clean we just stay for the night but even though it was one night I love my sleep the bed was great with me having a bad back problem the bed was wonderful on my back. Vince was a fast responsive if needed to communicate with him. I want a late checked out and he made it happen. I will recommend to friends and family. ”

“Great location , very close by to all the popular spots. The property was clean and just as described. It had all the amenities needed for a family. The property was pet friendly and had a small fenced backyard for our pets to hang out. ”
