「I reserved a 1 bedroom with fireplace room two weeks ahead of my stay . When I arrived on that wednesday April 29 I was told someone was staying over and I could not have the room I reserved. I was given a choice of a suite with a King Bed or a 1 bedroom with two tv's. I arrived at 10 so I chose the 1 bedroom since I had a meeting at 9 AM. So I paid extra for a room I did not get. Everything else was average or poor. 」
