“Everything was perfect! Hot tub and sauna were awesome. Enjoyed playing pool and foosball. Any questions I had were addressed immediately by our host. The fireplace was so cozy while we watched TV or played games. I loved it here and hope to come back again in the spring.”

“one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.”

“The house was a great fit for my family and I. We had a large group of 10 people and 2 dogs. The bedrooms were spacious. We spent the majority of our time in the living room. It was also my favorite room of the house, beautifully decorated. There’s a Tops grocery store a few minutes up the street and a Walmart 30 minutes away. If you’re a coffee addict like me, there’s also a coffee shop a few minutes up the street called Fred’s Coffee & Donuts. They serve great tasting coffee and donuts. My……

“This property was amazing! It was perfect for our family group. The kitchen is spacious and updated, there was plenty of space for everyone, and the game room downstairs was a huge hit! The house was clean and obviously well cared for. The adults enjoyed the hot tub, and the kids loved the games and the outdoor pond with lots of frogs. Rick is a great host, and very easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and hope to stay again! Thank you Rick!”

“Really adorable place! My husband, son (5yrs), and I stayed here when visiting Cooperstown (about 40 mins away). We enjoyed dinner and the used bookstore in Cobleskill and had plenty of space to play our favorite board games at. This place was very easy to find, conveniently located (from LI we drove here Friday, made Cooperstown a day trip Sat, and drove back on Sunday), super clean, well renovated and decorated and the host was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again if back in the……
