“The house was incredibly clean and we were able to just walk straight in and get settled which was terrific after a very long drive. The kitchen had all the basics and even an assortment of spices and other staples which isn't always the case. The aesthetic was relaxing and well done without feeling cluttered or like we had to worry about the kids knocking something over. Check-out was as easy as check-in; nothing complicated. “This house checked all the boxes for our family. The house is beautiful, well-appointed (including the kitchen for a family that likes to cook), and has multiple spaces to connect with family. The unexpected bonus was the amazing fishing on the lake. My husband hooked 3 musky! We'll be back next year to see if he can actually land one! ;-) ”

“Overall stay was nice and conveniently located super close to swimming in Lake Superior and a lot of hiking trails. Only suggestion for improvement I had was maybe making it super clear in listing that this is a split unit with an upstairs unit and downstairs. So if looking for something more secluded then maybe look elsewhere. But the other side to that is this being the perfect place for 2 families/friend groups to book at the same time as there is a staircase that conveniently leads to both……
