“Big hole in ceiling covered up with Sheetrock, open shower drain with extremely dirty shower curtain, worn out toilet, blotchy paint through out the whole building, microwave not working, no coffee machine, no coffee at breakfast bar, broke down soda and candy machine, grounds were over grown badly bushes lawn trees everything. The good, nice helpful staff, air conditioning was sufficient”

“Gentlemen ar check was great.Jirdon the lady at night not helpful. Upon check in after being at Beaver Bend Lake we wanted to shower, didn't have any wash clothes. Ftont desk told us they were trying to catch up on laundry. Showered finally and went to dinner.back to hotel at 7pm. No internet wifi, called Jordan she said its an on going issue and usually doesn't last long. Called again and asked if they could restart router since their TV has no live channels only streaming and I needed wifi to……

“Manager at check-in was a bit abrupt/rude and difficult to understand. The room was clean, the AC stressed a bit but worked, and the water was hot in the shower At about 9:00am the morning we were to checkout, which was at 11am, the manager just opened the door of our room. No knock, no announcement of “housekeeping”, just unlocked and was heading in.”

“The cabin is so beautiful and has great amenities. There were a few things that were broken that would have been better if they weren’t but they were all still usable. The host was prompt when I needed to communicate anything. The hot tub was amazing and the surrounding woods were beautiful. ”

“The cabin was pretty but we had to walk up a big unleveled gravel driveway bc our vehicles wouldn’t make it up. The neighbors were kind enough to let us use some of their parking. The refrigerator was dirty, some dishes and pans were in rough shape. We scooted one bed against the wall for a kid in one room and when the bed was moved, a lot of snack wrappers were found. We also had no WiFi at all on our two night stay. From when we got there many of us had no service and came to find out no WiFi……
