"Staying here for 4 nights, room is spacious and exactly as on the photos. Kitchen is well equipped, there is balcony in the photo but is locked and not allowed to access. The toilet seat is not a Japanese style one, shower pressure is weak. There is a 2 in 1 washer and dryer. WiFi is bit slow too. Free parking is a plus. They required pre-check in registration but I kept on having issue uploading our passport which is a bit annoying, until the day before check in I finally made it. Overall it...

"Room was clean. Staff very pro & trained. Breakfast was both good and organised. Parking perfect. May want to look at Qwachi’s restaurant entrance signboard - there’s dust and cobweb."

"The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy. The location was also super convenient; a 10 minute train ride from the airport and then a few blocks walk that was easy to manage even with luggage. It was also close to many restaurants, parks, and the beach etc. The laundry machine in the room was also super helpful, and the hotel provided laundry detergent too!"

"A great tourist friendly hotel right on the Kokusai-dori, the main tourist street in Naha, Okinawa. Staff were friendly, helpful and efficient, and I had no problems speaking English. Check-in was a breeze. The property is an nice, solid hotel - clean and well run and rooms were huge by Japanese standards. Everything in the rooms looked and felt clean, and there wasn't anything too complicated to figure out - just make sure you turn the minifridge on yourself as Japanese staff turn these off between guests to save on energy. Overall, a great pace to stay while you are in Naha or exploring Okinawa."

"This place is amazingly kept, in a great location with fantastic staff. The only reason I cannot give it 5 stars is the wifi and internet. If you are stayibg here and need to conduct business, you may want to rethink your stay. VPN connnectivity was spotty as well along with the wifi resetting every 30 mins or more. A place of this magnatute needs to hire an compedent IT staff to keep this stuff working properly. (and I have been an IT priofessional for over 15 years.)"

"The hotel staff was incredibly helpful and really went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed, to include extra pillows, help navigating the temperature remote and recommendations for dinner - Taco King! Be aware if you get in late, the dining options are limited in the local area since most close by 8pm. The room was very comfortable, CLEAN, had all the amenities that you would need and very spacious!! We stayed the 3rd week in October for 1 night. The views from the balcony were spectacular, especially at sunrise! This is a great place for families and those who want some nature and peace and quiet on their vacation."
