We were the only guests at this lodge . Being winter not all leisure activities were available and the dining menu was limited. Our host was friendly and informative. Overall a pleasant place to stay in a very nice location.

Lovely place off the beaten path and it felt like home away from home where locals and travellers gather for a dinner. Friendly hosts and good food, too. Rooms could have better noise insulation, but it is quiet place.

Truly lovely lodge with lovely hosts. The garden is absolutely beautiful (with lots of wildlife) and the lodge feels so homely. I loved that the lodge also had some personality and reminded me of holidays with my family when I was younger - I absolutely loved the more retro decor! The room was also clean and had everything you could need. Would absolutely stay again!
