"The room was spotless when I entered. The reception staff made the process of checking in/out very easy for me. The room had air conditioning which kept the room very cool as it was very hot outside so I had no issues sleeping! The properties WiFi was also excellent meaning I had no trouble FaceTiming my partner."

"Depending on who you talk to - staff would be very helpful, or not particularly helpful. Room quality and size is a hit and miss. If you have the right room, you will have wonderful views. Restaurant staff very helpful. Food average, with prices OK for food. Overall - the property is woefully overpriced for what it returns. Caters mostly to American and British customer."

"Absolutely loved this hotel and the staff was amazingly accommodating! They were very helpful in answering all of our questions via messaging through the Expedia app prior to our stay. During our stay they were so welcoming. They also helped to arrange transportation to the Barcelona airport upon our departure & even packed us a picnic breakfast since we had to leave before breakfast service began. The views from our room and from the hotel pool were absolutely beautiful. The loungers by the pool are super comfortable. And everything is nearby. There are a ton of places to eat within steps of the property. The castle is also an easy walk. Hands down if we ever make it to Tossa de Mar again, I will absolutely stay here again. It was perfect! I would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!!!"
