No one wanted to leave.The property is gorgeous, Livia is an exceptional host, the town and many amenities are close by, and Nonna Maria’s dinner on the first night was wonderful. "We had a lovely time at the villa and enjoyed the beach greatly. Antonina kindly provided lots of beach toys for the kids and Signor Livorio stepped in quickly to fix a broken parasol after it blew over in the wind! A wonderful time, I highly recommend."

"Extremely noisy. The live “animation “ outdoor, family friendly entertainment went until 1:00 EVERY night. Price was extra for AC, breakfast, and mandatory fee for beach and pool. Needs to be explained better in description. This is ideal for the family vacation since it is not near any public transportation so must have a rental car to see any of Sicily, but most families stay all day, all night. Nino looked after us and showed us around the Villa and introduced us to some traditional local cuisine.
