“Very clean and modern facilities. The room was a nice size. Definitely worth the extra cost.”

“The room was very well equipped, but there was no dishwasher. There was tea, some cooking oil, spices, and more. The room was clean. The Internet was fast! The person who manages the property lives in the same building, so you do not need to worry about the reception upon arrival. The apartment is close to HaShalom train station, very close to the Yehudi lightrail station, and close to a wide selection of supermarkets. I would come back for sure.”

“malfunctioning a/c. incompetent staff. bad loud music. gym is booked with classes 75% of the day. awful poolside food. we dropped laundry off on weds; when we called to ask about it days later, they only then told us they weren't able to do it. finally, we requested a refund for a small portion of our stay, their customer service rep alona agreed to it, then never gave the refund. infuriating experience.”

“The room was warm. Request were made to check ac but did not happen. Also water did not flow freely down the drain in the shower. The staff was lovely although not trained with accurate info. The bar staff out side was helpful and food service manager was super nice letting us make a breakfast switch. The pool was awesome!”

“Overpriced, dirty and most of the advertised services, like a bar or restaurant are not functioning. The room is hot like an oven and the air-conditioning stops automatically every 10 minute or so, even when you in the room. Instead of a normal place to hang your clothes you get a clothes rail. The area is a mix of second hand car garages and a building site. In short, i won't be coming back there ever”

“Location is good and is easy to shop nearby. Although outlook is quite old but has good quality inside hotel. Breakfirst is delicious and has a lot of choice. ”

“The person at the reception desk was busy doing 3things at the same time which was annoying. Breakfast was served to my room about 10am after I had to ask for it-was a good breakfast only it made me to come late to my appointment. In the bathroom wasn’t a mat to avoid slipping which nearly happened to me and no towels for the floor or hands only two big towels. When I shower in the bath the water splashe on the floor, very not appropriate. The room was comfortable, clean and good working air-con”

“Very warm and welcoming team here from sun up to sun down! Awesome location with great places nearby to eat, sit out or to explore the history. For a first time in Tel Aviv, this is a wonderful place to rest. Very grateful that I selected The Vera and will come back soon. Shalom!”
