“Since we arrived the first thing we encountered was someone else complaining getting robbed by the cleaning lady, once we got our room it smelled like it wasn’t properly cleaned, The walls are paper thin and you can hear every minute sound made by the stuff and other guests. The breakfast was really bad but the worst offender of all is the location, my god is a maze of the worst streets Egypt has to offer and that is saying a lot .”

“The thing is that wifi was not working and the AC wasn't getting cold and one of the AC wasn't working I told the owner and he kept telling me give it some time and it will get cold and after 4 hours the WIFI still didn't work and AC didn't get as cold I told him I need to cancel my reservation he said that can refund one of the rooms only and charge me for one”

A used, dirty blanket. This place is located in a typical slum, about 100 meters from the filthy main road. It's best not to go out there after dark or enter it.……
