8.8/10 Excellent! (8,157 reviews)

The location was amazing - close to Broadway & Times Square. The hotel was basic and staff was fine. The mattress was horrible and needs to be replaced asap. Room and general areas were clean although an overall upgrade would be nice in common areas.

Hotel was clean, well located, competitively priced and friendly. Light renovations currently happening (10/17/26). Rooms are a touch dated. Overall, great experience.
