“I stayed at this property a week ago and I have to say it is one of, if not the best hotel I've had the pleasure of staying at. The staff were so friendly, welcoming and had all the knowledge to share for a wonderful visit to Plovdiv. The breakfast was delicious and the layout of the hotel and garden immaculate. Since I come from a Roman city in the UK, I especially liked seeing the Roman bath remains in the basement of the hotel. It was a real delight, thank you and I hope to stay again. ”

“The lady on reception during my stay was more than helpful. She behaved like a friend and made me feel very comfortable and at home. Nothing was too much trouble and she took an interest in my activities and helped me overcome one potentially annoying problem.
