This is a terrible place do not stay in room 505 i should send a bill for scrubbing that bathroom out fix the soap dish a child slips up in that gammon spa they will cut their face open get new cleaners ..

This was very affordable and in a great location near the town centre. It is a little run down but would have been fancy when first built. Some suggestions: Better Security on front door and windows (one window was good though). Replace the torn shade sail material for those guests with cars. That would also improve the aesthetics. Clean enough. Very Good for the low price.

The bed was REALLY comfortable and the staff were lovely understanding and helpful - the other guests - mostly tradies / workers were really loud leaving at between 4-6 in the morning most days

I thought it was excellent value for money, the person on reception when I checked in was so nice, professional and welcoming. The room appeared very clean but there was someone else's used soap still in the shower, the hairdryer was very broken, when I switched it on it made a scary bright glow then completely died. Those things I just thought oh well, it's not a big deal, I'm still happy with the place but I was so annoyed when the cleaners knocked at 9.50am, 3 of them sat by the door while I got my stuff out. I still had 10 minutes! It really ruined my stay and made me so stressed and anxious being forced out, I really liked it there but I'll NEVER go back because I thought I had the room until 10 and being forced out before then was a stressful experience.

Rubbish dump, owners don’t care

Absolute rubbish, no pillows on the bed and no pillow cases in the room so I couldn’t even make them up myself. Messaged the property and no reply, piss on the toilet and covered wet in cleaning fluid, disgusting! So much dirt and dust and cobwebs, I had to clean the bed side tables just so I could put my items on them.

This apartment had obviously not been cleaned for a long time before our arrival. Apart from a clean sheet set, there were bug droppings in the utensils drawer, a thick layer of dust on every surface, disgusting. It was late when we arrived so we cleaned the bathroom sink ourselves. Washed anything we used, no reception, just a phone number. The $190 rate was ridiculous. I will be requesting a refund.
