“I have stayed at this property several times already, so I’m quite familiar with the experience here. One thing to be aware of is that communication can sometimes be slow. There have been multiple occasions where I had to call but no one answered, and when I sent a message it sometimes took 30 minutes or even a few hours to receive a reply. In some cases, guests may need to collect the key themselves for check-in, which seems to be the normal process here. Some rooms do not have a microwave,……

“If I could give no stars I would. Do not stay here as it is a health hazard. If you need a place to stay then sleep iin your car and if you don’t have a car, choose a bus stop, it will be cleaner. Upon arrival, to get the key. had to ring a phone number, no one on site to help. In room it was absolute filthy, with blood on floor, pubic hairs & in general terrible condition as was all of the outside areas. People talk outside the room from 4am We did not feel safe and did not sleep. Towels smelt……
