“Great little cabin for a quick trip. We stayed for a long weekend and it was perfect for my family of 4 - kids ages 2 & 4. There is a cute creek and big rock they climbed in the morning as I made breakfast. The use of Nordic Village amenities is key! The cabin is very small, but it was everything we needed. As my kids get older, the space wouldn't work bc it is a bit tight, but I would definitely rebook for a future stay before we outgrow it. For families with very busy toddlers, be aware -……

“We had a few hiccups (cleaning company hadn’t come) but fortunately the people before had left the house in good condition. The owner was so really responsive and tried to fix the situation as quickly as he could which we really appreciated. Also, The top bunk does not have a rail so I would avoid having kids up there if you can!”

“We loved our stay on Sheep Island with the family, kids and grandparents. We have been coming to Kezar for years so are familiar with this part of the lake. We were so happy with the property which faces the mountains for great sunsets and views. Cabin 1, which is newly renovated was our home base for relaxing and eating meals with Cabin 2 mainly used for sleeping. “Even though we came up for the eclipse, the stay was very nice! The house was clean and comfortable, the host thought of so many nice touches! We hiked nearby and enjoyed the town of Gorham and the train up Mount Washington. All was very relaxing and a wonderful getaway!”

“My husband and I spent a week at this wonderful cabin. Though the cabin is located next to a road there was little to no traffic during the day and nonexistent during the night. The cabin is spotless, up-to-date with one of the best stocked kitchens I’ve had the pleasure of cooking in on vacation in a long time. “Cottage was as advertised. Stated 3 nights w family to go skiing. Perfect location. Close to sking, restaurants, grocery store. Waking up to the sound of the river each day was very nice. Enjoyed fire place but must bring your own wood and had to ask for fire poker which the property manager brought over shortly after we asked. Beds were very comfortable. We loved this cozy cabin.”

Bathroom needs the most updating; the glass shower door fell on my while trying to get off the shower, luckily it did not break.
