“There was a brief and quickly solved issue with getting into our room, but the host was kind and responded immediately. I hesitate to even mention that it occurred since it was solved easily, but want to note that he was great. The room was perfect for our trip to see Broadway shows! “I have brought my 1.5 year old baby girl to stay in Chambers. The heater was out while the outside temperature was below zero. Clark's feedback was cold as well, he told us to turn off air condition to gether warm air instead of changing room. Not to mention the actual room did meet the picture shown here (room looked old and bed is smaller than expected). We check out the very next day instead of three days that originally planned, and did paid the first night. Overall bad experience!!!”
