There wasno coffee or cups in the room. Then later after being out for an event, drty towels were in floor from previous person. Had to.ask for clean towels and there was no tv remote. Person at front desk was filling in for owner, tried to help but he was kinda lost. Helpful but lost as to what to do.

We had to pay cash, because they couldn’t take a credit card. He DID give us $20 off. Apparently he just bought property and prior owners disconnected cable/internet so he couldn’t run cards. Rooms are OLD and very sad. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean. Just very sad shape

The motel had no record of my reservation from Expedia. There are no empty rooms in the entire town at any hotel. Due to the staff they found a room for me ..just luck.

When we're got there after 3pm (check in) they told us to wait thirty minutes so they could clean the room. We came back over an hour later and had to ask them to clean the room so we could use it. We sat in our car for another 45 minutes while they cleaned the room. The pool was disgusting and stinks. It was green and probably had frogs and tadpoles living in it.

The boxsprings were showing and they were very worn out. They were stains on the carpet. The lid on the toilet seat was peeling as was the sink where pieces of paint were coming off. There were holes on the wall that were never plugged. No trashcan available. No remote and I found a bug which we are praying was not a bedbug.

Vice grips fix!
This place has so much potential. Unfortunately, it had some small issues that could have been addressed before we arrived. The hot water faucet was missing in the shower. A quick fix from maintenance was accomplished our first night with a complete fix for the next day. However, the next day came and went without the fix. We did not even get our room cleaned until we checked out.

I arrived and was told they sold my room because I did not prepay BUT I was not required to prepay just put up my credit card just in case I did not show. The person checking in in front of me could not even get a working key card room and the other person could not even get a card because they were out of room key cards. I guess the Lord was protecting me from staying at this place. I did get a room at a B&B that was AMAZING

Old but served it's purpose
Very old no frills hotel but it served it's purpose could not find my reservation but the manager on duty took care of me!

Yuck
The shower faucet did not work. There bugs all in the bathtub. The small closet was not finished out, could the sheetrock with no texture or paint. Overall, it just did not feel clean.

It was very convenient to dining and shopping, but even for the price it needs some help. Our room was very haggard looking, with a pest problem. We did alert front desk at check out, hopefully it is fixed to match pictures online soon.

Bad experience
Not a good valve. No cable service during our stay. Bed old, no support. Declining furniture. Facility needs a deep cleaning. Pool was the only highlight of the stay.

The TV did not work and no coffee maker and the microwave front glass is missing. Front desk clerk was cold and inpersonable. No eye contact or smile. The sheets were dingy and the pillows are worn out.

We stayed here a couple years ago and the property seemed quite run down, but june 2023 we stayed here again and it is under new management and has been recently updated and renovated. Rooms were clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Parking was convenient and the big cup eatery is right next door, which is so good! Smart Tvs and internet worked great. Only thing that was upsetting was the pool was closed because it needed cleaning. But plenty of other places to to swimming in the area. overall good experience.

A side from being cheap hotel I did not like the idea of not getting the room clean while my stay nor even clean towels

We only do room cleaning every 3 days unless requested sooner. We have towels at the front office to give our guest when they need them. We apologize for any inconveniences that may cause.

I booked a King bed but I get to property they don’t have king beds available so the gave me a two queen beds which really was a two full size bedroom. Really disappointed

The attendant looked like she was on crack. The room had no remote and the bathtub all the paint was coming off the basin of the tub. Couldnt use tub at all. No ive buckets n room had to go actoss the street for ice and hotel its self Looked to be in the hood or ghetto. Very unsatisfied

We are very sorry for you experience staying with use. We will look at the bathtub in your room and fix it. We have remotes at the front desk. We switched are tv out and had to go buy remotes for them and we haven't been able to get to all the rooms. Did you go by the front desk or call and ask for a remote or ice bucket. The Front desk girl was just really tired that day.

We didn't like being right by the busiest street in the city and also the fact that they had bedbugs. We left a day early

Better to sleep in your car
The worst hotel experience I've had in decades. The room had a smell. It had no chair at the desk so I could not do any work, and when I asked for one it was delivered 90mins later at 1030PM. I was already in bed. The internet was so slow I could not download large files without timing out. Did not even try streaming. TV was on when I arrived and had no remote. SHOWER DID NOT WORK.

Great stay At Glenrose Inn and Suites
This place was really nice. We were greated by a very nice friendly lady that made us feel right at home right off the bat. Room was clean and super cute, we liked the decor in the room . Heater was quite and warm. Highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again.

Used the location on a previous trip (2015) comfortable bed, clean, orderly. The location can use some upgrades in 2023. Issues with the television and the staff responded accordingly. Bed is still comfortable.

Most of the rooms filled with renters. No room cleaning between our 2 nights. Staff never in office. Minimum towels, blankets. One chair.

There was no towels in our room when we got there and we had to go all the way up to the front to get them. There was also no tv remote and the tv was stuck on one channel so we couldnt change it. The bed was like sleeping on a flat piece of wood. It was cheap but definitely should have spent the extra 20$ on a different hotel that would have actually came with basic necessities.

We are sorry to hear about this. Next time you can call the front and we be glad to come by an put the tv on the right channel, program a remote and bring you towels so you do not have to walk all the way to front. Did you inform the front about your tv not working at the time of the stay?
