“If you are looking for a great getaway spot close to LA, but you want to feel like you are nowhere close to the city, this is the spot for you. The home was beautiful and private. My fiancee and I spent a night after our engagement at this property and it was everything I was looking for and more. The Topoanga town is great to explore as well. Samantha was responsive, very accommodating to my needs, and had a great attitude throughout the whole process. I would come back!”

Ron was such a gem with any and all of our questions and spoiled our kids with drinks and treats. The cottage was fully furnished with everything needed for our stay. The location is ideal, the property itself is in a lovely and convenient location, the hosts are deeply kind and the home is exactly as described. The beds are comfortable (even the sofa bed), the towels are thick, and the kitchen and bathroom are well-stocked. We are already planning our next stay in Pasadena.”

The apartment is very close to the grounds and just a few minutes drive to get back over to take care of the horses, etc. We will be staying there again when we come back in September. NOTE: while the reserved parking is great.....if you're driving a big truck that you've used to haul your horses over, it's a tight squeeze....but does work!”
