“There were multiple issues with the hotel. Some were outside of their control such as the power outage and the hour check in time from down systems after the power came back.
There was only hot water on half of the time during my 3 day stay.
The room cleaning was very minimal if they came in at all.
On a positive note, the hotel has a very nice fitness center and the front desk staff were friendly.”

“Fairly new hotel. Clean room and friendly staff. There was an issue inside the room that couldn’t get fixed right away, front desk staffs tried their best to help, eventually front desk manager Jai was able to come up with the solution quickly. “Do not stay here. The property itself is extremely run down, and the rooms are beyond uncleanly. We were given dirty sheets, the room was unswept and not vaccummed (clumps of hair and dirt on the floor), and there were holes in the walls with toilet paper shoved into them.
