“The worst part of this stay was that some of the towels & bed sheets had stains. One of the stains on the sheets was a partial lipstick mark & some mystery faded brown stain that looked kind of like dried blood. The bathroom looked clean but smelled like stale urine or body odor. The towels were thin & felt old & dingy. The sink/vanity area was located outside the bathroom & looked new/updated. The shower had the shampoo & conditioner dispensers but the shampoo was out & there was no shower……

“GREAT VALUE”

“We requested a handicap access room. However none of these room have walk in showers. They only have tubs. The tubs should be removed at least for a proper ADA compliant type room.”

“Very reasonable price. I've stayed here before and I always get a good night sleep. Big bathroom. Air conditioner works well. I'll be staying here again. Thank you.”

“This is a great value. Much cheaper than the other hotels. Outside of town but close to the freeway, it was quiet and my room was fine. Microwave, refrigerator, and air conditioner worked great. Comfortable bed with clean linen. I'll stay here again.”

“The host was so helpful and pleasant to communicate with. The house was a perfect blend of old and new and so comfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay very much!”

“The clear picture of the TV paired with low volume levels made it easy not to disturb sleep at night.”

“Checking in just before midnight, I found the room quiet with dependable internet for work. Having a work desk made finishing tasks easier compared to other nearby stays I've tried.”

“Setup was basic but met all essential needs without surprises either positive or negative.”

“Front desk very professional.”

“Transients break into the rooms all the time because the room i got someone took a shower left the rag used. Coffee pot was used. And the bed the sheets were dirty. The bathroom is how they would get in. I hope they upgrade”

“We recently came into town for a Chico State Rugby reunion and to stay and check on our rental property there. Honestly this house was great, spacious and had everything we needed. I still gave this 5 stars but I do want to note that when we arrived we found that someone had left their spit container for chewing tobacco in the kitchen on the floor. In addition, I sent two messages to the host through Expedia which weren't responded to prior to our trip dates. I finally was able to get ahold……

“Close proximity to the campus & downtown. Clean. Cute neighborhood.”

“Our stay was quiet and peaceful, on a beautiful orchard. Very cozy cottage, clean and fresh with all of the necessities stocked. Our hosts were friendly and welcoming, and were open to assisting us if needed. Enjoyed sitting out back, listening to the birds and watching little lizards running around! Very comfortable stay!”
