“This is what you call a vacation. There is plenty of space for 3 families. Kids had lots of fun with the spacious land. Activities in the basement. Adults enjoyed the catch up time in the quiet neighborhood with drinks and bonfire.”

“The Copper Cottage looks small, but has plenty of room on the inside. There were five of us, but this home could easily accommodate more. The beds were comfy and the home was clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen has a very cool stove from the fifties that worked great! The small private beach area was perfect for relaxing and fishing. We were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you.”

“The property is great. The beds are comfortable, the linens are high quality and the attention to detail that is usually totally lacking was on display throughout the property. The property is located a block from Lady Bird, which we tried and loved -- fantastic brunch and drinks (we even went back). The deck is great and you can sit out and just relax. If I had to list something to improve the space -- a rain shower or dual showerheads would have been perfect... but when that is the biggest……

“Love how colorful and cute the place was and how it wasn't far from the beach, you can definitely walk to the beach but it was a workout and only had the strength to do it once lol. Aso liked how it was stocked with things like a hair dryer, qtips, toothbrushes, and plastic cutlery and cups if we didn't want to wash any dishes. There was also a large jug of apple juice in the fridge and I drank the whole thing🙈 Wish the kitchen trashcan was bigger than a small trashcan as we had quite a lot of……

“We had a fairly large group and the house was the perfect size to fit everyone comfortably and then some. There are a lot of amenities at the house itself and just a short walk or drive from local shops, coffee, & restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay!”

“We were able to enjoy an AMAZING long weekend in this home! A group of nine of us chose this as our base camp to go brewery/winery/distillery hopping. We ended up only visiting two breweries because we felt so at-home here. The farm-style dining table and the large, open living room allowed everyone to partake in the conversation. The kitchen was well-stocked enough to allow meal preparation for everyone, so we saved money by cooking instead of going out to restaurants every meal. We had a lot……

“We came into town for a family wedding that was taking place in Holland and wanted to be close to Lake Michigan. Julianne was a wonderful host through whole stay! The rental was clean and decorated perfectly. There were bookshelves with so many interesting books for guests to look through and read. The location was an easy walk to the public access beach. Local restaurants and stores were very close. We would absolutely request to stay here again if we come back to this area.”
