「I was pleasantly surprised when we entered. It was clean and had a large, open living and dining area. The shower head was lovely and big (great pressure) however, the bathroom was a little dated. The main bedroom was lovely and bright however, the other room had no windows to open and it was a very hot day (over 45 degrees), the powerpoints didn't work in that room either. 「No email response on early check in request - door locked and only able to get in within 2-5pm. Room was located 3 metres from reception so was v noisy with guests arriving/leaving. No physical keys provided - access by electronic keypad - due to a power outage I was unable to access the hotel - this is ridiculous. I had to bang on windows until another guest opened the door for me during a storm event. No communication from the hotel during or after. This is not acceptable. 」
