Spacious space for large groups

Needed to sleep six people and there was plenty of space. Well equipped kitchen.

Horse races

The house was very modern and clean. I wish the bedrooms had a small dresser to unpack items in. We all had a great time!

Just realized I hadn't rated my stay other then to Wayne direct. I stayed there was enjoyable it was convenient location to everything we needed to see and do in that area or neighboring areas. The owner Wayne was very good at responding to us when needed and you could tell that he had been remodeling the house trying to get it more updated and looking good. Overall for the price in the area it was a good stay.

Unsatisfactory Experience

One key to the property. Totally handicapped the entire planning of my family. Owner was radio-silent as to any possible soltion (e.g. providing second key). Cannot possibly convey my level of dissatisfaction. I should receive refund. What role does Evolve play? Where was the owner? Why the lack of meaningful communication? Pathetic. I need a refund.
