“Cottage is just as described . I had a very comfortable stay at the cottage . Very quiet cute neighborhood. Relaxed at the home and did some trail hiking close by. Checked out local shops in town and bars for music . I was here when ice was still on the lakes but this would be a great summer place to stay for the lake activities I’m sure . I would recommend to reserve for the full weekend stay including all day Sunday so you are not in a rush to leave early Sunday checkout . Enjoyed my stay……

“We had 16 people in our group.. 8 kids and 8 adults. Plenty of beds and space for everyone! Fully stocked everything, and then some! The kids loved fishing from the paddle boat by day and enjoyed the game room by night! Bri and Joey were excellent hosts and I would highly recommend! Had the best Memorial weekend ringing in my 40th birthday!!”

We really enjoyed checking out Alexandria and coming back tired, we hung out near the fireplace and watched tv. The view of the lake was gorgeous. “We had two families stay here with adults and kids age 15 months to 10 years old. This was perfect for all of our needs with ample bunk beds and space. The kids loved the outside space and had plenty of room to play inside when it rained. We had a boat and this is on a cul-de-sac so we could easily turn around! I would highly recommend staying here! The kitchen is well stocked and the washer/dryer was so helpful with wet swim suits and towels.”

“We fished, kayaked, visited Alexandria’s independent book store and relaxed surrounded by bird sounds. The northern light display soaking in the hot tub pretty much sums it up. For three days we saw no others on the lake. Cabin has that up north Minnesota feel. We really enjoyed our stay. Our hosts were traveling but kept in touch. Thank You”
