“The manager was of no help in helping me change a room reservation date. His option to me was to book another room for the date needed and then call customer service to see about cancelling prior reservation. Then I get to the room and there is no soap,or shampoo, or body wash in the shower tub or sink near bathroom I call downstairs and they tell me that I would need to go back downstairs into the lobby and I could get some at front desk counter . They didn't even offer to bring it to my room……
