“Excellent price, decent walk to the downtown area. You can rent bikes from the hotel if you would prefer. There are huge sidewalks and bike lanes, extremely pedestrian friendly city. ”

“原本預訂為2房單位，後來免費upgrade 至3房，單位設備完善，有2合1洗衣乾衣機，但沒有洗衣液供應，廚房亦設有焗爐及煮食爐，沒有微波爐，但亦足夠使用，膠囊咖啡機及茶包，但因四周都有興建工程及地盤，影響視野環境，令質素有所下降，周邊亦有住宅區及有停車場提供，如需泊車環使用其他屋苑的停車場，apartment沒有車位供應，對面有3間超級市場，購買物品十分方便，另亦有餐廳，如果視野環境能改善會有更高性價比。”

“The hotel was a good location for shopping, site seeing, and transportation. The only thing I did not like was the room was a little humid and damp. Maybe it was because of the weather while I stayed there. But overall, I highly recommend this hotel.”

“地點優越，從機場坐火車十七分鐘到站再從車站行三至四分鐘便到達酒店（從火車站落車後落一層經地下通道直行然後再撘lift上地面最快）；地鐵站和火車站相連，出入其他旅遊景點交通非常之超級方便(如參加local tours, 集合上車地點也很近，只需要二分鐘步程）。酒店位置安全聆静，房間乾淨舒適，有開放式廚房，微波焗爐洗衣機洗碗碟機並提供各一次性份量的簡單清潔劑及用品。今次要非常感謝酒店短髮的女接待員親切友善專業服務態度，令我們有一個開心快樂的Copenhagen 之旅，多謝妳。”

“The staff is very kind and willing to assist, they also speak good English so make the communicate easier. However, if you are staying longer and prefer the apartment has laundry in your room, I’m afraid it’s not. It’s the state wash+dry machine at the other floor. Overall, it’s not the accommodation I’d stay again as not meeting my needs, but I’m still appreciate the kindly assistance for their staff and being nice to me. ”

“I'll start by saying the apartment was roomy, very clean and well-equipped. Beds were comfy and we had plenty of towels. The location was perfect for us, with a cafe on street level and a 10-minute walk to the metro. But, we had some issues and would probably not stay here again. When we tried to check in (at the designated time), someone was taking photographs of the apartment, so we had to wait 10 minutes, then wait another 10 minutes while the place was cleaned (why would you not clean it……

“The apartment was beautiful. There was an obvious high level of care taken to creates welcoming space. Everything in it was new. The walk to the harbor was only 10 minutes. Great location!”

“Alt var som forventet, og lige lidt til. Lækker lejlighed, lækre møbler og dyner. Parkering foran lejlighed er møj dyrt :) Rengøringen af lige misset at gøre rent under sofaen - fandt en uventet "gave" da sengen skulle slås ud.”

“This is my 2nd visit of STAY Seaport. I experienced the change of Copenhagen, especially where the location of the hotel is. When I 1st came here, there is no Metro connected to, no other supermarket but only Netto, no building in front on the hotel. It changed a lot. I can find many restaurants to fulfil my stomach. There is a pier at Orientkaj that is 10mins walk to the hotel. I can go back to the hotel easily by taking the ship after paying a visit to the Little Mermaid. There is a lot……

“Jeg bor på hotel i København en gang eller to om året og det er første gang jeg har været på Hypernym / Ascot i Studiestræde, men bestemt ikke sidste gang. Centralt beliggende luksus hotel. Få skridt fra Cirkusbygningen, Wallmanns, Tivoli og Rådhuspladsen. Selve hotellet er indrettet i en tidligere badeanstalt og omfatter flere bygninger og forskellige navne. Receptionen er dog den samme. Fantastisk istandsatte værelser og vores lejlighed var virkelig helt fantastisk. Eneste minus er, at døren……

“Place was dirty and noisy people constantly making noise untill 1 in morning it said i had entire apartment but atleast 5 others there not a nice experience as hairs all over the bed and bathroom was growing mold and looked like it had never been cleaned before ”

“I love love love this apartment and their kindly staff there, it feels like home and you can contact with them for any problems or questions related to staying in Copenhagen all day via Email or what’s app. It’s a home rather than an apartment, their decoration and service are super cosy. I was calling sick and got period suddenly on the check out date and they do help me a lot and let me postpone a but time to check out. I really do appreciate it and prefer to go back for staying again.……

“Je déplore un système de réservation d horaires pour le petit déjeuner tout à fait inefficace car nous sommes restés par deux fois à attendre une table un quart d heure debout . La propreté etait Pas au top dans les chambres . Sinon, belle chambre et vue magnifique . sauna agréable .”

“The room is equipped with basic facilities but is fairly comfortable. The toilet is a bit small and with only a non-separated shower, but it is overall clean and tidy. The room could be a bit hot during summer days as there is no air con, but the bed is good enough. If there are more chairs in the room, it would be great. ”
