"There was ample room for parking ATV trailers. This is always a concern when traveling in a big group. We really liked the split units that opened up to a whole house. We were traveling with children and it was nice to have extra tv for them in second living room. 2 refrigerators was a bonus. Access to trails were close. "Dave was a great host and he communicated with us very well. This is a great house and property. It is well designed and comfortable for a group of 12 guys who like outdoor activities and cooking, and a spacious and comfortable place to watch football. From the multiple tv's, well equipped kitchen with all necessary cooking essentials and conveniences to the two firepits, one on the side of the river, to the two game rooms, this is a primo place. And the setting is beautiful and very private! We plan to return next year!"
