Das Haus bzw. die zwei Hälften waren ganz schön. Praktisch waren vor allem die vielen Bäder im Haus. Der Garten ist groß genug, um die Zeit draußen zu genießen. Bei der Ausstattung der Küche ist noch Optimierungsbedarf u kleinere Reparaturen sind erforderlich. Ansonsten alles gut.

Gut ausgestattetes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus besteht aus zwei getrennten Hälften, die jeweils als eigenes Ferienhaus genutzt werden können. Das hat den Vorteil, wenn man beide Hälften bucht, dass alles doppelt vorhanden ist. So gibt es im Erdgeschoss zwei komplett ausgestattete Küchen, was besonders für große Gruppen sehr angenehm ist. Die Zimmer sind gut und stilvoll ausgestattet. Besonders die Töpferarbeiten stechen dabei hervor. Der See ist ganz in der Nähe und mit dem vorhandenen Ruderboot und den Kanus in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Bei ruhigem Wetter kann man ihn stundenlang erkunden. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist etwas holprig, da die Wege abseits der Hauptstraße nicht befestigt sind. Im Urlaub hat man aber Zeit langsam zu fahren. Es stehen fünf Fahrräder zur Verfügung. Mit diesen erreicht man innerhalb weniger Minuten die Ostsee. Im Gegensatz zu Usedom ist Wollin wesentlich weniger überlaufen und die Küste ist weniger zersiedelt. Es gibt noch reichlich Naturstrände. Besonders wichtig für Jugendliche: die WLAN-Versorgung im Haus ist gut, die Latenz gering und die Datenrate hoch ;-).

Tolles neues Haus mit sehr schönen Zimmern, angrenzenden Bädern, alles gut durchdacht. Angrenzender See für Bootsfahrten und guter unkomplizierter telefonischer Kontakt bei Fragen mit dem Gastgeber. Ich kann es sehr empfehlen und komme gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Umgebung an einem See gelegen. Wir waren mit mehreren Familien da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Fast jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Je Doppelhaushälfte, die im Wohnzimmer und über den Wintergarten verbunden waren, gibt es ein DZ im EG und 3 DZ im OG. Es gibt 2 Küchen… (diese sind mit allem ausgestattet, was man für gemütliche Kochabende braucht) was bei einer großen Anzahl an Personen äußerst praktisch ist! Liebevoll selbst hergestellte Keramik findet man überall im Haus! Die Zufahrt ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig…🙈 nur über einen Feldweg erreichbar! Die Ostsee konnten wir zu Fuß erreichen, dauert aber ca. 40 min, was allerdings kein Problem war. Schöne lange Strände (auch im Oktober bei gutem Wetter konnte man baden) warten… Es gibt 2 Kajaks und ein Ruderboot, was uns einen schönen Tag auf dem See ermöglicht hat… Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr angenehm! Jederzeit wieder, in großer Familie und nur mit Auto…😉
