“衣服送洗花了將近一週才拿到，不提中間完全無消無息飯店找不到衣服在何處，但要客人每天到櫃檯詢問不應是這個價位飯店應該出現的。另外總是可以發現房間內有沒清理乾淨的地方，黏黏的湯匙、浴室排水孔堵社淹水、桌子上有飲料杯印等，而這些都是在第一天入住就發現的。”
