「The first room had no working AC so we were moved to another room. The second room wasn’t much better but the AC worked. The jets were missing in the jetted tub. There was a roach on the ceiling. However the staff was very kind. 」

「Facility is average. The rooms are nice. The kitchen was dated. The miniature golf, fire pit and ping pong tables were operable. The outside pool was not. The basketball court did not have a ball and the tennis court did not have rackets or balls. The grounds are nicely maintained. The indoor pool was not heated even though it should have been. We alerted staff and they corrected the problem. The second outdoor pool was open. The outdoor hot tub was dirty. Be advised that they hold double the...

「唯一的優點是房間很大，房內設施比較老舊，我們連住3晚，不會有每天清潔服務，浴巾也不會每日更換（如果要換浴巾需要加錢），早上10點退房（房卡10點失效，但是之前沒有告知，我們差點被鎖在門外），退房前需要自己把所有使用的餐具放到洗碗機內清洗，垃圾需要自行拿到外面的垃圾收集區域丟（這地點也沒有事先告知），退房前30分鐘我們一直在做家事收拾…… 基本上，我們下次是不會再考慮住這」

「Charming and tastefully decorated, immaculate. Room spacious enough. Desk staff was pleasant and helpful. Continental breakfast was basic but nice (great coffee, toast, bananas, pop tarts). Only two relatively minor issues. Water pressure in our room wasn’t great, and the window unit that provided heat was very noisy. Would definitely stay again!」

「The suite we stayed in really needs updating. The shower did not match the luxurious description on the website. The carpet was in need of replacement. I literally found a large, dead roach right by the foot of the bed upon check-in -- how was this missed by housekeeping? The tvs and remotes were very difficult to navigate and internet slow. I removed the top cover from the bed, as it appeared as though not washed and used sheets and a cotton blanket. The windows really needed cleaning and...

「Spark is a nice mid level hotel. The rooms are small and hard to maneuver in. When we walked into the room the cleaning crew left a bottle of cleaning chemicals on a side table that I did not notice at first, I don’t have a small child but if I did I would’ve been concerned. And our A/C rattled so loud it would wake me . Prolly won’t stay there again」
