"The accommodations were fine, however the only staff member that we interacted with was very short with me, pretentious and down right rude. I believe she was the owner and she was working nights. Poor attitude and lack of manners. She wasn’t accomto us, so I would gather this is her standard of professionalism. Had she been more friendly, better attitude and not acting as if she were the queen of the castle I would e given this place a stronger score. "

"Breakfast was not good at all. Very little food or variety. The conditions of this hotel were bad and next to a train station which was very noisy so sleeping good was not an option. Not very clean room. "

Smelled like urine at every entrance that we used and outside of our room door, broken elevator and we had multiple suitcases to haul upstairs, not enough hot water for more than 1 person either night, filthy, LOUD, staff didn’t offer any help when I spoke to her and filthy deserved to be mentioned again. "
