Windows are poorly sealed so you can hear every motorcycle horn all night, mattress feels like you are sleeping on springs, and the A/C did not cool well. Aesthetically is a nice place unfortunately you cannot test these things through the photos so lost 1 night of reservation money as I could not sleep there another night. It truly is a shame that there are out more protections in place for reservations. You basically look at beautiful photos and book a week only to be disappointed and out of your hard earned money with 0 recourse. Sad

Very nice hotel with beautiful view from the pool. We really enjoy the pool and the location of this hotel. However the food / buffet breakfast can be better as it’s very standard. I like to mention the excellent service from Hong a staff member in the club lounge area. She is so polite, kind and attentive.
