房間舒服乾淨，服務人員親切熱情。 但這次剛好入住到電梯附近的房間，隔音方面有點不好。會聽到外面的聲音

換老闆了, 和二年前住同樣的HOTEL但不同老闆感覺差很多... 這次徹底把二年前認為HCM市CP值高的HOTEL印象改變. 真得從各方面來看, 下次不會再特別找這間酒店住宿

服務人員態度親切、但清潔人員有時沒給腳踏墊。

I stayed at the Northern Charm Hotel from 12/19 until 1/8 and had a pleasant time. The staff made me feel welcome and were attentive; especially the front desk and housekeeping service were efficient. The rooms were spacious, and the location was really convenient, you can walk to many good restaurants, cafes, and spa shops in the Japanese town. The only thing that was a little annoying was some of the rooms were under renovation, which sometimes made my room a bit noisy in the morning. Having said that, if you get out early that wouldn’t be a big problem. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting HCMC downtown.
