"Very nice front desk staff. The motel itself is older and not in the best shape. The room was clean and bed firm but pretty comfortable. It is not in Torrey, it’s in Caineville with nothing close in the way of food - no restaurants or stores. Hanksville is about a 20 minute drive and has a couple of places to eat. "

"The dome was spacious and the beds comfortable. Even though it was a cold windy night, it wasn’t too loud, felt quite sturdy, and the heater kept us warm. My disappointment is specifically with the “Oak” dome - the clear section faces another dome that has lights on their stairs so we weren’t able to see the stars because of the lights directly in our view. We tried using the curtains to block the lights, but couldn’t make it work. I don’t think the other domes have this issue and if it isn’t cold and windy you can just sit outside, but we were a little disappointed. It is definitely a fun and unique stay, but if you are a stargazer the other domes in the same complex might work better for you."
